For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, “Promoter” refers to Jetwerx International Inc. The “Prize” refers to having the video entry played in an episode of InsideX on Fox Sports and Ryde TV, and one (1) Bob The Cooler Co. prize pack. The “Judges” shall refer to Andy Oke, Dylan Wright, Jordan Cochrum, Isaiah Reid, and Laura Lenko-Graham.
The Bob The Cooler Co. prize pack is as follows:
- 1st Place: 25QT / 23.6L Wingman hard cooler, 30oz Big Sipper tumbler, 16oz Best Bud can cooler ($406.97 retail value).
- 2nd Place: 14L Sidekick flip top cooler bag, 16oz Best Bud can cooler ($319.98 retail value).
- 3rd Place: 26oz Big Swig water bottle, 16oz Best Bud can cooler ($68.98 retail value).
By entering the competition you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. on November 30, 2024. Three (3) winners will be selected by the Judges on December 6, 2024, and the winner will be notified on or after this date.
The Promoter’s competition is open to anyone world-wide, except where it is not permitted by law.
No purchase necessary. Winners will not be required to pay to enter the competition.
Entrants must be over 18 years old on the date of their entry. If under 18, a parent or guardian may submit on the entrant’s behalf.
Group submissions are permitted. Videos created by more than one person must select a single person to submit the entry on behalf of the entire group. The Prize will be awarded to the single person who submits the entry. Division of the Prize will be dealt with by the group, and is not the responsibility of the Promoter.
Employees of the Promoter, and their immediate family, are not eligible to enter.
The Judges will select the top videos based upon the following criteria; the story, creativity, video, and audio.
The weighting of the criteria shall be as follows; story – ten (10) points, creativity – five (5) points, video – five (5) points, audio – five (5) points.
In the event of an abundance of entries, the Promoter will pre-select up to 20 videos for the judges to review, using the same judging criteria outlined above.
Fox Sports is not directly affiliated or involved in the competition. Any and all inquires shall be directed to Jetwerx International Inc. Contacting Fox Sports directly about the contest could lead to disqualification.
Each entrant shall enter the competition via an online form at yourstory.rydetv.com. Their video submissions must be transferred using WeTransfer with the “Email to” field set to yourstory@rydetv.com.
The Promoter will not be help liable for any failure of receipt of entries. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid.
The Promoter is not liable for any injuries or damages caused as a result of the video creation process.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter’s liability under or in connection with the competition or these terms and conditions shall be limited to the cost price of the Prize in question.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions, the competition or any Prize for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and the promoter and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where a Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the promoter reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or higher value.
The name, address, email address and phone number of the winner must be provided to The Promoter if requested and will be shared to enable fulfilment of the Prize.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond The Promoter’s reasonable control, the promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
The Promoter’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
The winners’ names may be mentioned by The Promoted online, on social media websites, and in videos on Fox Sports, Ryde TV, and other video hosting platforms.
The Promoter retains permission to use all submitted videos on Fox Sports, Ryde TV, and other video hosting platforms and television channels.
Entrants agree to only use audio and video that they own the copyright to, and that they have written permission to broadcast.
The winning entrants agree to supply a music cue sheet for submission to Fox Sports.
By entering the contest, you agree to give the Promoter permission to play your video on Fox Sports, Ryde TV, and anywhere else that the Promoter might deem necessary for both entertainment and promotion of the contest.
The Promoter reserves the right to not play any content that is deemed unacceptable due to poor quality or sensitive content. The Promoter will decide what videos are not acceptable for playing on Ryde TV and/or Fox Sports.
